Cell separation

Capture cells or biotinylated species in seconds.

Aurosphere® streptavidin beads are coated with a dense layer of streptavidin, making them ideal for the separation of cells or any other biotinylated species from clinical samples. Magnetization 3–5× higher enables bioseparations in seconds — even in viscous solutions such as cell lysates.

RNA/DNA isolation

Purify nucleic acids from serum and complex media.

    Lysis / Inactivation
    Disrupt biological samples and inactivate RNases/DNases using Magnostics' lysis buffer.

    Mix
    Add silica-coated Aurosphere® beads to the DNA/RNA sample.

    Rapidly separate beads with our magnet arrays; resuspend and rinse to remove unwanted agents.
